I purchased a dress for a wedding that…
I purchased a dress for a wedding that I need to return because it just didn't look good on me. Ironically I ended up wearing another outfit - top and palazzo pants from Msglamor which of course I am not returning. The tags are on the dress, it is unworn and in the same condition in which I received it and is well within the 30 day return window. They are slowwalking the process and actually told me their preferred method was to give me a small credit or an exchange. I do not want either - I want a refund!!!

Very responsive in a timely manner to…
Very responsive in a timely manner to every email that I sent regarding my return. Handled exactly as they said it would. I wish there were less steps with emails to get return approval, but really appreciate how easy and communicative it was. Jeawel and Sindra are who I dealt with and both were very helpful.

I ordered a beautiful jacket from MsGlamor for my son’s wedding .. sadly I received an email to advise said jacket was out of stock .. Whilst this is disappointing, Sindra an assistant at MsGlamor did everything possible to provide support .. Unfortunately an alternative couldn’t be found and a refund agreed ..

Great customer service
Upon ordering a dress from msglamor, I found the process easy and received excellent customer service, providing great communication and prompt support. Christine was most helpful in explaining return options (which are very generous) when I was unsure about the dress. Her kindness, concern and professionalism truly impressed me. I decided to keep the dress and have a few alterations done. Happy to say ms glamour still honored their return option and Christine saw to it that I received a discount towards my account.
