The model behind the product is a good…but the implementation is terrible
The model behind the product is a good one. Add customers, add computers, add users, and do backups. Much easier to understand than some related products. Also the integration with 3rd party storage such as B2 is huge. However, the user interface is slow, buggy and has far too many repeated menu items. It can sometimes take a minute or more to load the dashboard. Furthermore, backups only work some of the time, and in particular restore verification did not work at all. Finally, support was tepid and slow. In the end, we really wanted to like and use it, there were just too many issues to make it a feasible choice.

Used it for years no issues but this year the payment didn't work but the website would not allow re-payment. This was raised as an issue with support and I tried to pay but after calls, many emails, actually paying, they didn't get the site useable after almost 2 weeks so I've just deleted my account and will go elsewhere. Customer support and success teams were involved but neither responded to my last email which was an ultimatum to fix it or I leave - CYA!

Product works as advertised
Product works as advertised. I use it to backup PC volumes and files both locally and to Amazon S3 Glacier. Everything works perfectly. I also test and verify restores to local Hyper-V disk volumes and spin up temporary VMs to ensure backups work. I've never had a failed restore.
