Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with MTHOR SHOP. I ordered KAWS figures from MTHOR SHOP. The stated delivery time was approximately two weeks or less because we both are in Europe, but more than TWO MONTHS have now passed and one of the figures has still not been delivered. I contacted MTHOR SHOP several times and asked for a refund for the item that was never delivered. Instead of refunding my money, they keep telling me to wait longer. After more than two months, I no longer want to wait. I have clearly requested cancellation and a refund, but my money has still not been returned. Customers should be aware that the actual delivery time can be very different from what is indicated when ordering, and obtaining a refund for an undelivered item has been extremely difficult in my experience. I will update this review if MTHOR SHOP finally resolves the situation and refunds my money.

Mthor are legit
This was my first time using a third party app to buy shoes. I was worried about authenticity, the amount of time it would take and getting ripped off. I am happy to report that Mthor delivered brilliantly on all levels. The shoes took a couple of weeks to get to me. They were boxed and in brand new condition, they were legit with the authenticity tags and QR code provided (I had a sneakerhead buddy check them out and he concurred). So I have no hesitation in recommending Mthor to you as a legit company who deliver excellent results. Cheers. The Nike SB and React I wanted were sold out everywhere - but Mthor delivered. Very happy and grateful. Cheers.

Nonostante il prezzo fosse più alto rispetto ad altri negozi online, ho effettuato un ordine per via della consegna più breve, trattandosi di un regalo. Dovrei già aver ricevuto l'ordine completo, invece dopo 2 settimane mi è stato consegnato un solo prodotto mentre il secondo articolo non è ancora nemmeno arrivato al loro magazzino! Ho contattato il servizio clienti più volte e, nonostante la gentilezza, è stato completamente inutile: non sanno darti una previsione di consegna e ripetono soltanto che riceverai una mail di tracciamento quando la merce verrà spedita. Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Aggiornamento: a una settimana di distanza mi hanno assicurato che la merce aveva superato il controllo qualità, mandato un tracking mai arrivato, ed informata che la spedizione al loro magazzino era in ritardo. Ad oggi solo le solite risposte nebulose e un pacco che dopo 3 settimane non mi dicono dove si trovi. Sempre peggio.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed, I was scammed, I can't say otherwise, by this store, because for 3 months they have only sent me messages about my order and I only received an order number and a fake tracking that the product had returned to their store, worth €302, which I have not seen in my account again, so I was left devastated.

I ordered shoes a month ago. They still don’t even have them. They did not even ship them to me. Asked for refund, they say I have to receive the shoes and then I can return them. How on earth I can return something I don’t evwn have and something that has not even been sent! I am starting to thing this is a scam.
