They are really great
They are really great, top quality products where everything is done at speed and to a great standard. Icey and the team reply very quickly and professionally and answer any queries you have whilst problem solving even for the most challenging of customers (it wasn’t easy to get things shipped to where I needed but they managed). A really great company.

Not worth it if you want a reliable partner
Early days they are great. But there are not there to support your business and needs. Specially when you are small size business. There are multiple delays, account managers reply weeks after you have agreed or passed on feedback on a project. This will cause delays on your shipping and no apology or compensation on loss of business because they delayed your printing process. I could go on and on but it’s not worth my energy anymore.

High-quality bags and an excellent, responsive team
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with MTPak on our custom coffee packaging. Sustainability is a core value for our brand, and MTPak delivered exactly what we were looking for with high-quality compostable packaging. The bags themselves are excellent—strong materials, clean seals, and very consistent print quality. They’ve held up well through shipping, storage, and everyday use. Our Account Manager, Icey, has been a pleasure to work with. She’s incredibly responsive, patient, and detail-oriented. We went through several rounds of design proofs and technical questions around materials, valves, finishes, and sizing, and she always made sure everything was clear and accurate before moving forward. As a growing brand, it’s refreshing to work with a supplier that feels like a true partner rather than just a vendor. Communication has been smooth, timelines realistic, and the overall experience very professional. Highly recommend MTPak to any coffee or food brand looking for reliable, sustainable, high-quality custom packaging.
