Orders do not ship and no contact
I had bought various items and had set to ship it all the way to denmark. I picked the shipping option which said it would be delivered in 12-15 days and I have waited more than 30 DAYS and the items haven't even arrived in the warehouse yet. Additionally, I have 2 orders that have been "warehouse received" but I can't see any qc pictures and they don't show up in the warehouse tab. It is a scam, and I have contacted their support teams and the sellers with no response

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly recommend staying away from this platform. Customer support is practically nonexistent. Nobody answers on live chat, nobody answers support tickets, and nobody answers emails. You are simply left waiting with no explanation while your money is stuck in the platform. Shipping is ridiculously expensive, and despite paying a huge amount for delivery, my parcel stayed on “Being Packaged” for an entire MONTH. One month with no meaningful update, no explanation, and no support whatsoever. When I finally decided to cancel and request a refund, the platform was full of errors and problems. And of course, once again, customer support was nowhere to be found. This is completely unacceptable for a platform handling customers’ orders and money. Expensive shipping, absurd delays, broken refund process, and zero communication. I regret using this service and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Mulebuy, what is happening?
I'm not sure what is happening with mulebuy. They are not responding since a month. $300 worth of goods and $100 money stuck in their warehouse. No customer care is responding.

absolute scam to me
absolute scam to me. package never arrived after more than a month, no after sales email or questions have been answered by numerous intents for more than a week. alwauys a bot says somegody will get back but no chance. lets see what my next steps could be.
