Deeply disappointed, despite excellent privacy
Deeply disappointed I’ve used Mullvad and have always considered it one of the best VPNs when it comes to privacy and security. My experience with the service itself has been very good, and I still have a lot of respect for the work they’ve done to protect users’ privacy. However, I’m deeply disappointed by the recent 5 million SEK (around €450,000) political donation made by a Mullvad co-founder and 50% owner. I understand that it was a personal donation and not made by Mullvad itself. But that personal wealth comes from owning a company funded by its users’ subscriptions, so calling it “personal” doesn’t completely separate it from the company for me. What makes it even more disappointing is that the money went to a far-right party whose leader has promoted “remigration” and has used the word “parasites” when referring to immigrants and people from other backgrounds. I’m not questioning Mullvad’s privacy, security, or the quality of the service. Those remain excellent. I’m simply disappointed in the people behind a company I used to have a lot of respect for. Because of this, I’ve decided not to renew my subscription for now. I hope this situation is reconsidered in the future.

Pas de "chance" pour moi
Ayant subi les assauts de multiples cheaters et scrappers, j'ai voulu tester ce VPN afin de pouvoir me protéger lors de mes parties de jeux. Au delà du fait qu'il ne soit pas réellement adapté au gaming, j'ai constaté, 2 semaines après mon achat de 2 mois, que Mullvad avaient fait un communiqué expliquant que de nombreuses adresses IP qui leurs étaient affiliées étaient sur des listes noires rendant donc impossible pour moi une utilisation viable de ce VPN. Pendant un temps je l'ai utilisé, puis, peu à peu, je me suis mis à prendre le réflexe de me déconnecter du VPN à chaque démarrage. Mes 2 mois se terminant demain, je viens de le désinstaller. Teste non concluant. Je ne recommande pas.

I am not sure where the value is. 3,6 stars...oh well, if you take a lcareful ook, only 1 and 5 stars. Teh 1 stars argument their dissatisfaction, teh 5 stars are generic dead end comments. Scam N 1. Hower, that said, here comes Scam N 2: if you dream of watching your favourite channels from abroad, forget it. There are free options out there that give you the right result (it does not have to be better, I just want a VPN to work). Yet you even pay for this scam and get no luck with any channel in any country. I am really not sure where is the value here. It is heart breaking see companies taking advantage with intent and strategy of those who are looking for cheaper rates, after they failed with their technology. Pathetic

Ich habe nach einer Neuinstallation das Progamm installieren wollen. Nun fehlte mir die Kontonummer des Accounts. Habe den Support angeschrieben. Kam zurück, dass ich bitte auf Englisch schreiben soll. Sind die in den 90ern hängen geblieben? Dafür gibt es KI Tools. Gut, dann macht das der Kunde eben. Ist doch ein Witz!
