I am a new user. I requested to deposit money. But my money is deducted from a bank account and Deposit wasn't credited to my Multilotto account. Edit: My deposit is credited now. Customer Service helped me a lot.

The consumer advice centre of Bavaria warns against "black lotteries"! Quote: "Black lotteries include providers such as Lottoland.com, Tipp24.com, Multilotto.com and Lottohelden.de". Multilotto - serious my ass! E-mail communication sometimes takes place exclusively in English. I still had 1,46 Euro credit and wanted to close the account. Therefore I asked for deletion of my account and payment to the known account. I was refused the payout, because the amount was too small. Only starting from 10 Euro is paid out. With other lottery providers even the smallest amounts are paid out. I complained about this behaviour and the quintessence was a succinct e-mail that my account was deleted. No more chance to get the 1.46 Euro. If they do this to all users, they are earning millions on the side. Because withholding money on the flimsy grounds that the amount is too small is embezzlement!

I really wish l could give 0 stars for this website. Guys they are scammers don’t waste your money in this website. I was playing online and when l won almost 600€ they just suspended my account and l can’t Transfer the money to my account straight away l contacted the customer service (sooooo BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) and l said what’s happened and they asked thousands of documents, l sent it, when l sent everything they asked me again the my passport for like 10 times asking the same thing. They like to play with people and wasting our time. PLEASE NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH WITH THIS WEBSITE. (The customer service is so bad) and when you won anything they just take your money to them, this is a big scammers. And until now l’m waiting my money from like 4 weeks ago......(l spoke with Jake on customer service completely bad service) please pass my review to others......let’s close this website. AVOID!AVOID! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

Habe 50 Euro Gewonnen, kriege aber nicht überwiesen da aus unbekannten Gründen wurde mein Multilotto konto gesperrt und nach mehreren Anfragen hab ich immer noch kein Antwort von Multilotto bekommen.

I recently deposited into an account…
I recently deposited into an account and played 2 lotteries. I went to check my account to see the results and it stated that there were issues with the account. Also I noticed my money was gone for all but €3.70! I have been emailing and on the last email sent, Mark has asked for my bank account and credit card numbers, (with the last 3 digits of CC also!!!) I find this totally unnecessary and it makes me feel that this is not 100% safe. So beware folk!!
