Right now all multiplay servers in NL…
Right now all multiplay servers in NL started having superbad connection. ONLY multiplay-servers.. Why? cant join others here, there are definetly some problems. Servers not playable:(

THIS COMPANY CANT HOST ANYTHING!! Stay away!
This company is actually garbage for a hosting company. Playing apex legends, you CANNOT play the game at all on a competitive level. Literally rubber banding with Google fiber hard wired internet. This hosting company actually sucks.

I have had to put a "stop payment" …
I have had to put a "stop payment" on multiplay with my bank, as they have continued to charge me a monthly fee, even after their claim of not hosting servers and not able to issue invoices. I have confirmation from my bank that it is in fact Multiplay who are still charging. What's worse, is that I have had to submit a ticket three times now, as their ridiculous automation keeps archiving my tickets, stating that they have not heard a response from me within 48hours. The reason I'm not responding is because I'm waiting for their apparent manager to investigate and get back to me. They are close in forcing me to take legal action, as they are owing in the hundreds. If you are having similar issues, please post here.

Closed my server down on 28th Feb and…
Closed my server down on 28th Feb and promised to refund me the remaining 4 months. It has now been 11 weeks since they shut it down and it's like getting blood from a stone trying to get my money back. Excuse after excuse, you would think I was after a fortune and not just a few pounds. I held a server with them for many many years and expected better of them.
