I would not advise using this Service
I would not advise using this Service. They are Scammers. I sent 2 phones into them in Very good condition. They evaluated the phones and offered me a much lower price than originally quoted which I declined as I felt the phones were worth more. They agreed to return the phones which were posted to me whilst I was away on Holiday. Upon my return, when I opened the boxes the phones were in a much worse condition than how they were sent. Cracked screen and damaged Camera which was not how they were sent and I packaged them with lots of Bubble wrap in a strong Cardboard box. The damage was not what they had highlighted in their revised quote, they said there was some screen Burn, not Cracks and physical damage. Appears to me they don't like it when you decline their lower offer so they damage the phones to make them worth nothing then return them to you. Scammers! Beware, you may well get your phone back in a much worse Condition than how you send to them if you decline their revised quotes.!!! I now have 2 worthless phones which they previously offered over £100 for. I have photo of the Phones before and after being sent to Music Magpie phones and intend to recover the costs of Damages which are clearly deliberate.

I ordered 23 CD's which arrived yesterday. Badly packaged and so most of the cases' where in the bottom in bits. Two of the CD's can't be played one sounds like it's a new form of torture, the other one just refuses to play. One CD has escaped (missing) to a better place, probably. Another CD case is there but the actual CD isn't just some random CD which proudly states to look on the CD inlay for details of the CD. That's fine but I know for a fact the inlay and the CD don't match. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience, my first time in using Music Magpie and it will certainly be the last. I shall stick to HMV, Amazon etc.

Do not buy from this company and expect…
Do not buy from this company and expect good customer service or for them to honour a warranty. We bought our daughter a MacBook for her studies and it was not too long before we encountered issues with charging. We bought a new charger to see if the issue was that and eventually it would not charge at all. We sent the MacBook back roughly around the 9th August and on 11th August we received an email asking to remove the icloud account which my daughter did via her apple phone. On 16th we asked for an update, on 20th we were told the account had not been removed and they would send it back and asked us to remove it. It seemed they could not grasp we could not turn it on. We emailed again and it was escalated to be sorted, we chased again on 25th and on the 27th we were told that due to the accidental damage on the hinge (there is a tiny scratch) that then negates the warranty to cover the charging port and then sent it back, also referring to the item in emails as a phone, causing me to have even less faith in they know what they were doing. There was no engineer report, no explanation of how an internal electronic failure can be caused by a tiny scratch in a completely different area. Just the laptop with two arrow stickers saying fault, one on the charging port, yes we know, we told you about it and one on the scratch. Under UK statutory law a cosmetic blemish does not invalidate consumer rights regarding an unrelated component.
