Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs do not believe any of the youtubers or other social media accounts partnered with my protein. My order has not been recieved and was cancelled by Zippy the delivery company, all i get from myprotein is scripted responsesand they will not refund me. I have now escalated to my card provider.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Paid extra for express delivery, did not arrive. Next day delivery not made 'because you weren't home' - 100% rubbish. My request for full immediate refund declined. My mistake was to not check in advance. AVOID THIS COOMPANY!

the biggest scam ever
The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life was dealing with them. They will announce that they have all kind of protein and once you pay they will intentionally stall the dispatch of your order to make you frustrated. Nonetheless, once I requested the refund they will keep ignoring me for weeks, however when I escalated this matter to the authorities, they came asking me to cancel the withdraw the complaint.

Very disappointed with my experience.
Very disappointed with my experience. We cancelled our subscription and were told by Myprotein that there was no active subscription on our account. Despite this, they still took payment and sent products last month. When we contacted customer services, they apologised, said they didn’t know how it had happened, told us they would investigate and that they took the matter seriously. We never received any follow-up or explanation. Now, a month later, another payment of £122 has been taken from our bank account, even though we have not placed an order, have no order number, and have not received any order confirmation or dispatch email. My husband has now had to visit the bank and replace his bank card to prevent any further unauthorised payments. This has caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We simply want our money refunded and for this issue to be resolved properly. I hope someone from Myprotein sees this review and contacts us as customer service has so far failed to resolve the problem.
