Horrific/scam
I don’t know where all these positive reviews are coming from, this is without a doubt the worst casino site I have ever played, the games stick and crash when you try and take a spin, you win maximum £30 on a bonus and it keeps freezing the screen and saying error please refresh the site. It’s horrific, I would hate to think what withdrawing your money would be like! I think I’ll stick to the legit sites like coral, bet365 etc because this one doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

3 years of playing here and max VIP… And I still can’t get a withdrawal processed.. If you’re here looking at reviews then you enjoy a gamble, then you need to read this. Unfortunately this casino absolutely hates to pay out, even with the most loyal players, 3 years I’ve played here I’ve had to some monster wins, but can I get it off, no I can’t you just end up giving up and carry on playing, they leave withdrawals possessing for days, I play sugar rush 1000, and have max of won it 6 times in 3 years, I play quite big, as if refusing to process payments isn’t bad enough, on one occasion I won 197k, and to add insult to injury I got 97k confiscated as apparently you can only win 100k in one bonus buy, yet I’ve max won for 150k and nothing was confiscated. So it just seems to me mystake are making it harder and harder to be happy.. As a max VIP. I can withdraw 6k 3 times a day up to £150k a month, did that two days ago payments still haven’t been processed, just ended up burning it all out again… Bottom line it’s hard enough to win here slots are rarley switched, maybe 3 times a year, but when you do win you can’t get it off so it’s absolutely pointless in the end. It’s a shame cause this casino could be world class, as a gambler if you win you need to be able to get that money off, here at mystake that is made impossible It’s absolutely pointless playing here take it from somebody that’s played here for 3 years as a very loyal customer, got them a lot of business from posting wins everywhere and they still pull the same stunts with me… Pour your hard earned money into another casino preferably one that isn’t related to this one. I’m lucky I have a successful business, I play slots to take mums mind off work for a few hours, but imagine if you really needed that money you can’t get? I’m finally done with mystake this was the very last time they’ll do this too me, I urge you to do the same, it won’t end well for you.
