I first cancelled my subscription in…
I first cancelled my subscription in April 2026- I’ve got the email cancelling the subscription. Two months later they took another payment from my account. I thought it was my mistake so cancelled the subscription again. Today they’re trying to take a third payment from my account. I’ve gone through the process of cancelling the subscription a third time. There is no customer service contact number. Very suspicious. Update- I received a reply to the email I sent and the agent explained that it was the plan I cancelled not the membership to MyBody. This wasn’t made clear when I got the notice confirming that my subscription had been cancelled. It needs to be made clearer to customers when they want to cancel that they need to cancel the plan and membership separately. I assumed that cancellation of my subscription meant that everything had been cancelled. The agent who responded to my email was very helpful but it was the automated response and lack of clarity which caused the issue.
