Best comic shop ever
Over the years I have bought entire collection of groo the wander comic and numerous other comics they are highly commendable comic shop accurate grading fast shipping only ever lost one comic and they refunded me never had a problem i highly recommend my comic shop buy with confidence 😊👍

I can't praise enough how satisfied
I can’t say enough good things about MyComicShop.com! From their incredible selection and the outstanding condition of the comics to the fast shipping, every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the care taken with the packaging. I ordered a four-issue series, and each comic arrived individually bagged and boarded. The entire set was then wrapped together with additional backing boards for extra protection and packed securely in a perfectly sized box, preventing any movement during shipping. It’s clear the team takes pride in making sure comics arrive exactly as collectors hope they will. Outstanding job, MyComicShop team! I’ll definitely be ordering from you again.

Warning to all high-end collectors
Warning to all high-end collectors: Be very careful doing business with MyComicShop / Lone Star Comics. This company has a recurring pattern of petty, incredibly unprofessional behavior when handling high-value transactions and customer service. First, I purchased a comic from them on eBay that arrived with undisclosed surface marks and scratches. When I initiated a completely legitimate return due to the poor condition, they reacted like children—banning me from both their eBay storefront and their independent website simply for returning a single damaged item. They clearly cannot handle basic accountability regarding their grading. Most recently, I purchased a high-value key issue (The Batman Adventures #12) and requested a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order. Tracking confirms the item never shipped and never even left their warehouse. Absolutely zero physical effort or logistics were expended on their end. Despite this immediate cancellation, they issued a partial refund, withholding nearly $60 of my money to cover their own backend platform fees. They essentially charged me an arbitrary 'fine' for an item that never moved. The complete lack of business common sense here is staggering. They openly advertise a 30-day return policy. If I had let them ship the book and then returned it, they would have been obligated to issue a 100% full refund and they would have had to eat the return shipping costs. By canceling within 30 minutes, I saved them the time, the shipping supplies, the insurance liability, and the hassle. Their response was to short my refund. If you are dropping serious money on key issues or premium slabs, take your business to a professional dealer who behaves like an adult. Between retaliatory bans for condition returns and stealing money via cancellation 'fees,' MyComicShop is a pitiful operation. I highly recommend avoiding this storefront entirely And wow, I thought I was the only one I had didn’t realize that this guy’s ratings were so low that says a lot

Blocked me instead of standing behind damaged merchandise
I paid for a comic and received a damaged item with scratches, marks, and defects. That alone is bad enough. Instead of making it right, they blocked me and basically made it clear they do not want to deal with customers who push back when they receive damaged merchandise. That is not good customer service. That is not accountability. If you sell collectibles, condition matters. When the item arrives messed up, the buyer should not be treated like the problem for disputing it. My experience was terrible, and I would not trust this company again. And the cleanest way to say the chargeback point is this: A return is sending the item back through the seller or platform. A chargeback is disputing the payment through your card issuer when the seller/platform does not properly resolve the issue. So no, “item arrived damaged and I disputed it” is not automatically wrong. The safer wording for your review is to focus on this: the item arrived damaged, the issue was not resolved to your satisfaction, and they blocked you afterward.
