Incredible service!
After a long search, Iris and the myhealthcarebroker team were the best choice we could have made! Iris is incredible: she and Bettina were the first to really explain the complexities of the German health insurance market, they educated us about all of our options and helped us find the most fitting solution for our situation. What's even more amazing is that Iris remained our true advocate over the years, helping us fill out any insurance paperwork and submitting all claims for us, always with our best interests in mind. You could not find a better guide for your move from overseas to Germany!

Excellent health care broker in Germany
myhealthcarebroker team is simply excellent! Two years ago, I changed my public insurance to private thanks to Bettina's support and I cant be happier with the decision. Everything was very smooth and she was always available for support during that time. Two months ago, I lost my job and was scared how to handle the changes on my health insurance (I needed to legally switch to public during unemployment) and Iris, from the team, supported me during the process. She is super super helpful, following up with my documents and making sure this process runs smooth from my side. I am very happy and grateful thanks to her, luckily I found a new job and will start soon. Thus, I can switch back to private insurance and I am more than sure Iris will be the best person to help me during that time too. Overall, I highly recommend myhealthcarebroker to everyone who are curious!

5 stars, based on my experience till now, have just signed the contract. Bettina was really patient guiding through each details, answering any stupid or valid question you might have. She shared all the possible options with comparison and premium details for each provider. I wish I had connected with her earlier to switch to private when I came to Germany 8 years back. I believe I have made a right decision of this switch.. (time will tell;) )

Really good service - No complaints
Bettina has always been so helpful, and fast to reply to any inquiry I may have. She took care of all the paperwork for the contract and cancelation of the previous one. All my invoices are taken care immediately. Not speaking fluent german having her is a big help.
