One of the best customer services I've had…
I didn't receive my order so I emailed you to see what could be done. I got an email back telling me they were sorry about it. They gave me suggestions which didn't work, but after that she said she would send me a reorder which I got yesterday! She was very pleasant, productive, caring and stayed on top of it all. This customer service alone makes me want to order again. 😊

I have nerve damage in my leg and neuropathy in my feet from Chemo, l struggle to walk and the pain is excruciating and ever since l heard about this creme and have tried it I've been able to walk without pain thank you for giving back my life

my aunt ordered this cream once.
my aunt ordered this cream once.. and was charged 3 times. we tried to call the company. they dont answer the phone and told us to email and we emailed the company and were told they can not issue refunds it is against company policy.. so how does a 90day money back work if company policy does not offer refund.. they charged my aunt 331.68 and will not refund on thier error.. she was attempting 1 purchase and they charged her 3 times. buyer be very aware.. this company appears to be a scam.. can provide email proof where they would not issue a refund.. asked for on the same day it was ordered..
