I am absolutely LIVID with Juniper.
I am absolutely LIVID with Juniper. I pay a ridiculous amount of money for my Mounjaro, so the bare minimum I expect is for Juniper to actually make sure my medication arrives on time. Apparently, that is too much to ask. My payment kept coming up with an error saying that it couldn’t be completed, despite there being MORE than enough money in my account. I had money available and was fully able to pay. This wasn’t me refusing to pay or not having the funds — their payment system simply wasn’t working properly. The result? I have now been without my medication for an entire WEEK. A whole week. Do Juniper understand how unacceptable that is when you are paying them a substantial amount of money for ongoing medication? Apparently not. What makes this situation even more ridiculous is that I added a new card, and suddenly the payment went through perfectly. Funny that. I had money in BOTH accounts the entire time, yet apparently changing the card was the magic solution. So why was I left chasing this for days? Why was I made to stress over something that clearly wasn’t a lack of funds? And why did nobody seem remotely concerned that I was being left without my medication? The customer service throughout this has honestly made me feel like they simply do not care. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get anyone to take responsibility when something goes wrong. I have paid a lot of money for a service that I expected to be reliable, and instead I’ve been left stressed, frustrated and without medication for a week because of an issue that appears to have been entirely avoidable. I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed. If Juniper cannot process a payment correctly despite sufficient funds being available, the CUSTOMER should not be the one paying the price for their system failure. I genuinely expected better. When you’re charging customers this much for medication, the least you can do is make sure they actually receive it. Absolutely shocking experience. Juniper need to seriously reconsider how they treat paying customers.
