Worst service ever - scammers
Worst customer service ever. I found charges that I wasn't aware of, and checked to find the subscription that I never knew I had. I cancelled it then a while later I see another charge. So I email the company to ask to cancel the payments and refund me. They wrote back asking me to make the cancellation myself. Despite the fact that I already told them I had cancelled it. So I assumed this email would end things. Sadly it didn't. They kept charging me and when I contacted customer service live chat, the staff member tells me she has cancelled the subscription and no more payments will occured. So I said but I already emailed you and asked for this to be cancelled. She them says only the person who made the subscription can cancel it. So I asked how come she was able to cancel it immediately while she just said she can't do it herself? Contradicting words. So said well your colleague should have cancelled the subscription because I was very clear in my email. But she refused to refund me since the date of the email and ignored my requests. And all those double charges are gone and I will never get my money back. Liars and scammers.

This app is great! It helps me keep on track with my goals. I also love that it gives you recipes and also educates you on keto if you’re clueless about it. Definitely worth purchasing if you’re serious about losing weight.
