Myminimelody is not a scam
I only came across the low reviews after placing my order of the Stray Kids piano, which did make me anxious about whether it would arrive. Thankfully it did, so I can assure that this is not a scam as some other reviews have claimed. And my daughters absolutely love it, it’s really cute and it’s been lovely to see them so engaged with something other than their devices. My only drawbacks were the lack of communication after purchase compared to other companies, which didn’t put my mind at rest but I did email them and they did respond (although a little delayed). They need to put some automated communication in place to improve customer confidence. I ordered it on 5th December and it arrived just after Christmas, so I’d recommend allowing plenty of extra time if purchasing for a special occasion like a birthday or Christmas.

We were guaranteed delivery before Christmas and guess what? We still have nothing, what the he'll is the guarantee for or worth?? Customer service is the worst, no contact number, and their prepopulated reply emails are a joke. Don't believe a thing they promise.

Worst customer service ever
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered my daughter a piano last year from a different company. She loved it. I was excited to see that Myminimelody sold song cards for 2026. I purchased a set in November to give to my daughter for Christmas so she could continue to enjoy her piano next year. Unfortunately, myminimelody sent me song cards for 2025. When I contacted them I was told by the ‘customer service’ representative that they didn’t have song cards for 2025. I was given an apology but no solution on how to fix the problem. After multiple emails i haven’t received a refund or been able to exchange the item. Terrible customer service. Purchase at your own risk.

2026 Taylor Swift Piano Calendar
I purchased the 2026Taylor Swift Piano Calendar for my granddaughter for Christmas. The piano they sent me has black scratches on one side of it that could not be removed. And they sent the 2025 calendar sheets, not the 2026. After many communications back and forth with Customer Service I did eventually receive the 2026 calendar sheets. However, even after sending pictures twice showing the damage they would not replace the piano or refund my money, which was over $50 plus shipping. Even though the package was received undamaged Customer Service stated that the damage must have occurred during shipping. Which indicates to me that they agree there was damage. I've never been so disappointed with a purchase or with the Customer Service associated with it.
