They decline the same monthly…
They decline the same monthly subscription every month, they lie for weeks about not being able to fix it, they tell me to reattempt when they haven't done anything to fix it, & I just found out they charge me a hidden 50 cent fee every time they decline it despite me telling them not to & despite them telling me to reattempt. It's a scam & it's literal theft. Extremely illegal.

Avoid this prepard company
The card has a substantial balance but it will not work online. It does not pass 3d secure. Following the online advice I tried 4 retailers, 2 devices and 2 browsers but it still would not work. I added it to googlepay and curve but it failed there also. The advises when I am calling are constantly putting the phone down on me and not dealing with my issues

Avoid if you can
The card has a substantial balance but it will not work online. It does not pass 3d secure. Following the online advice I tried 4 retailers, 2 devices and 2 browsers but it still would not work. I added it to googlepay but it failed there also. I was advised to find a site that bypasses 3d secure (!!! ) and then told to use it ( a digital card) in the shop directly. I only recently activated the card and simply cannot use it. Not sure how I can get my money back now ...

They restrict how you can use the card
They restrict how you can use the card. You can't use it to fund your cash app or other such apps. You can't use it for google play, you can't use it for apps. You can't use them on fandango, Amazon, YouTube, temu, shein. The only things I've found is a couple of restaurants if you order through their app and wizard 101. Their customer service is dismissive.

Beware of ANY promotional offer for…
Beware of ANY promotional offer for prepaid virtual cards that go through mypaymentvault. I purchased a Samsung phone via Sky Mobile and there was a promotional offer that I would get £180 prepaid Mastercard with the purchase. The card came through via mypaymentvault (NOT via Samsung or Sky) so it seems like Sky or Samsung outsourced the card offer to them. I activated the card and even used it for one small purchase. But a few months later, the full remaining amount was wiped off the card and the balance went down to £0 without me using it! It was still long before the card expirty date. The live chat service on mypaymentvault is completely unhelpful. They just tell you that they can't reinstate the amount on the card and I have to go back to whom I purchased it from. I asked them who that would be and they gave me the name of a company I have never heard of! The whole thing is a mess. What an absolute scam
