RealRep is not an honorable company
RealRep was supposed to removal harmful content (2 google reviews). 2 transactions took place, for a total of $1231.66. The content was temporarily removed and reappeared. I contacted them and they recognized this and stated they would readdress providing the service per our agreement of “successful removal.” In an email they state to me: “Our team is still actively working on reprocessing the reviews, and the case remains active and ongoing. Regarding your refund request, we would first need to allow the current reprocessing efforts to be fully completed. At this stage, we are continuing to work toward getting the reviews removed again and will keep you updated on any progress.” Dated 9 June 2026. Sent by Param Shah. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund for both transactions. I have been completely ignored since and received no response to my last email sent on 1 Aug. 2026. This company did not provide the service per the signed agreement. I don’t particularly like leaving bad reviews, and as a business owner I would (and have) provided my clients with a refund, immediately. In hindsight I can see why now they do not advertise on Google with much greater visibility for folks considering their service. As a matter of fact, I did not investigate their reviews until they, Param Shah, ghosted me. This is not an honorable business, and will not hold up to their side of an agreement. We will be exploring how to file complaints with Governmental agencies to include: Federal Trade Commision, State Attorney General, and any other agency designed to protect consumers and hold accountable this company and their business practices.

This is purely a SCAM. They post a fake review then solicit you for money and then remove it.

Spam after spam
Constant spamming from this company. I've given up politely replying to tell them "no, thank you". Considering the field they operate in, which is a grey area at best, they are one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. Best I can suggest is block and report emails from them
