Martin is amazing
Martin is amazing! I had ordered the sunflower bunny and lanyard, as I am AuDHD and the sunflower is the universal signal for invisible disabilities. I was so excited to get her but apparently someone else needed her more, as my package was not there after delivery. I wrote and let them know. Instead of saying "oh well, nothing I can do", they jumped into help mode. When I completed the few easy steps they asked me to, a new order was shipped out. She arrived, safe and sound. I have nothing but good things to say about the service. The products are amazing and worth every penny. I will support this company for as long as they are in business!

I love both the mental health/neurodivergence awareness line and the Victorian McGee line. Martin the support man is very friendly and helpful and helped me receive a new batch of toys after my first parcel was stolen.

Bipolar bunny
Bipolar bunny - I bought my girlfriend the bipolar bunny plushie to not only soften her struggle, but give her a comfy companion, she loves plushies but no where near the love she has for this plushy! It’s super soft, the ears are so fun to play with, and it perfectly matches the images provided 😄 we’re very happy, and we adore the sticker that we will use on our water bottles, the bag is cute too but unfortunately has a hole in it, no biggie Shipment arrived nearly a week before estimated arrival and even on top of that, it arrived way earlier then I would’ve assumed considering the distance of travel Anyway extra star after reading the responding messages for the negative reviews, they’re so fricking fun to scroll through and read and I just love the stand down statements that this company uses when replying to rude and not-well-thought about 1 star reviews. Pure comedy, anyway cheers 😍 Edit - people complain about the quality not being as soft as a llamas fur but it’s definitely up there, and where at a ‘carnival shop’ are you buying a unique custom plushy like this! Food for thought
