Clothes destroyed, blame shifted I stored one suitcase of clothing with My Storage Vietnam for 22 months while I was out of the country for surgery. From the start, they knew it was clothing packed in a suitcase and their team recommended shared or group storage because it was “just clothes.” At no point was I told that an air-conditioned unit was required, warned about mold risk, or offered a safer alternative. The only proactive contact I received during the entire storage period was to raise the price, which I paid. When my suitcase was returned, every single item was destroyed by mold and completely unsalvageable. After this, the CEO attempted to shift blame onto me, claiming the damage was my fault for not choosing an air-conditioned unit, despite the fact that shared storage was recommended by the company and no climate-control requirement was ever disclosed. I attempted to resolve this privately and reasonably, but was offered only a small “goodwill” payment paired with language denying responsibility. This is a clear blame-the-customer pattern. No one pays for 22 months of storage to destroy their own clothes. If you store anything you care about, get climate control requirements in writing or do not use this company.

War im Januar für 4 Wochen im Ho Chi Minh und habe MyStorage in Anspruch genommen. Es hat alles super geklappt und der Preis passt auch. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
