I had a very positive experience with Naturehike. I ordered two tents directly from their website and contacted customer service because the delivery timing was important for an upcoming trip. Their support team responded quickly, followed up properly, corrected an address issue without any hassle, and did their best to make sure everything arrived on time. In the end, the order was delivered exactly when I needed it. The tents themselves also made a very good impression in terms of quality, weight and overall design. After reading some of the negative reviews here, I honestly don't really recognise that experience at all. Of course every order can be different, but based on my own experience I don't understand some of the very negative comments about their customer service. They were responsive, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would definitely order from Naturehike again.

Hello Naturehike Team:) it has been quite a while since I last ordered from you, so I had almost forgotten one important thing:) Once again, I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly you managed to deliver my order all the way to the Czech Republic! I honestly think some Czech online stores could learn from you when it comes to fast delivery .) I also have to compliment the product itself once again. I ordered your fire pit, assembled it straight away, and I'm really happy with it. Just like with the chairs and table I bought from you previously. I definitely plan to continue shopping with you. I'm going away for a while now, but when I get back, I already have several more products in mind. I'd be happy to send you links to the things I'm planning to buy next. Little by little, I'd like to equip my entire camping setup with your products that I like and know I'll enjoy using. Last time, I sent you a photo of my Tesla with your chairs and table. Once I properly try out the new fire pit, I'll definitely send you another photo. And hopefully, more of your products will gradually appear in those photos too:) Most of all, I simply wanted to share my happiness with you and let you know that what you are doing, you are doing really well. Your products are high quality, your service is excellent, and most importantly, the products genuinely bring me joy! Naturhike assistance non-existent
Bought a Star Trail 2p tent and in 5 nights a stitching broke. I contacted the seller but they insisted it wasn't a product defect and they denied a return/refund Sad: the product would otherwise be pretty good but a broken stitching in a tent is a big no-go. DON'T BUY anything Naturehike

Stay away! If there was an option to leave NO STAR och a CROSSED OUT STAR, I would have gone for that! We purchased a Naturehike NH21ZP008 directly from Naturehike's official website after carefully researching the product. The tent is marketed as: • Three-season camping tent • Suitable for camping and hiking • Waterproof (2000 mm) • Fully glued and seam-sealed • Reliable rain protection • Providing a dry shelter • Suitable for family camping • Providing a comfortable night's sleep During the very first use the tent leaked. Thinking it might have been user error, we tested it again. The same thing happened. We identified the exact problem: water entered through the stitched entrance seams on BOTH entrances during ordinary Scandinavian summer drizzle. Not a storm. Not a cloudburst. Just ordinary summer rain. We documented everything with photographs and contacted Naturehike. Instead of discussing the documented defect, customer service repeatedly claimed that this model is actually a "park leisure tent" intended for daytime use rather than overnight camping. This explanation directly contradicts Naturehike's own product description. Their final solution? A 10% discount voucher if we bought another, more expensive Naturehike tent. In other words: Instead of resolving a documented warranty claim, they attempted to sell us another product. The tent itself may not be the biggest disappointment. The customer service certainly was. Potential buyers should take weather conditions into account before ordering this product. It leaks like a sieve in light rain and their customer service borders on scam! Dont buy!!

Achat d'un poele et d'une petite table alu
J'ai effectué une commande de 2 produits le jeudi, j'ai reçu l'un des produits le lundi (Le plus important pour moi: le poêle. Donc c'est génial). Le site annonce que tout ne vient pas du même endroit. En conséquence, rien à redire pour moi.
