Scam Alert! Did not deliver/ Poor quality/ now Defunct
I spent nearly $400 on 12 (clearance sale) pieces from this company, It took months to receive just 4 of them - they are indeed beautiful, BUT made of such thin fabric, that they’re totally see-through; all will require an entire under-layer just to wear them; and now, (August 2026) without ever seeing the other 8 pieces I ordered, both the NatureQueens.com website, and the Customer Service email are defunct/ bouncing, with no reply. SCAM alert!! This is a bogus company. They have effectively stolen some of my hard-earned money. Not to mention, soon after placing my order, my bank had to block a fraudulent attempt to charge my card $8,000 by a bogus company I never heard of. I’ve canceled that card, will not buy online again before confirming the company is a reputable operation. Unfortunately, since this company was based in China, our legal system apparently can do nothing. CAVEAT EMPTOR- Consumers Beware!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a beautiful skirt from the site, very much looking forward to receiving it. What eventually showed up was a very cheap looking simulation that was nowhere near what was advertised on their webpage. It was little more than a rag,flimsy and ugly,missing the embellishment that made the skirt unique, something I would never wear.I then asked for a refund, agreeing to return the item. They informed me they were in China and do not take returns. They offered a discount if I kept the skirt. But since I wouldn't wear it EVER, that was not an option for me. Ultimately I contested the charge on my credit card and got that refunded.

I concur with all the other bad…
I concur with all the other bad reviews. I wanted to return my purchase and they said they were working on my 50% reimbursement, please be patient they asked. Now I tried to contact them and my email is undeliverable. Don’t buy from them. They are a rip off company. They have probably changed their name by now. Don’t buy Chinese products.

La empresa es un Fraude
La empresa es un Fraude, pedi una prenda y no llegaba despues de tanto insistir llego 2 meses despues y era un trapo de porqueria que no se podia poner y lo mandaron de china. Cuando reclame primero me dijeron que iban a devolver el 30% del dinero, despues que tardaba 30 dias la devolucion del dinero, y que no podia devolver porque lo enviaron de china. Pusieron su pagina en mantenimiento y a servicio a cliente le pudieron otra terminacion aparentando ser otra empresa y ahora dicen que no tienen el pedido. Cuidado no compren ahi son unos estafadores.
