Misleading prices
In my experience the website was a misleading. It shows prices without VAT, and hides shipping costs amongst millions information. Just place an order that initially showed as £16, turns out I paid £24!!! Update: after requesting a cancellation of the order, they have refunded me and justified the prices displayed without VAT as the website "believing I am outside of the UK". If this is true, it's definitely not on me. I was in London and followed a Google link, so... I went up to 3 stars for the refund AND the product sent (this was quite generous for them), but I would still encourage them to fix their site interface so more people are not caught with surprises.

After researching for UK official suppliers of the brand of vitamins I was looking for, Nature's Fix was recommended. My experience was very positive, easy to find, super fast dispatch, great communication throughout and delivery next day, follow up email . Most important for me personally the capsules are easy to swallow. Definitely well worth doing a little research. Five stars ✨ all round.

Competitively priced products with great customer service
It's difficult to source the product I required from a UK supplier so I was pleasantly surprised to find it stocked by Nature's Fix. Competitively priced and with great communication from Phoebe in Customer Services I didn't hesitate to order. Product received next day as described. One very happy customer. Highly recommended.
