I have just started with them so I will give them 2 to 3 stars at the moment as my main problem is getting a reply as I paid extra for platinum and I have only had one reply which took 3 days to my questions and am still waiting for the answers I like the software but i need answers as I have accounts express and i need figures for doing a VAT return I do hope the reply and if everything is correct i will happily give 4 or 5 stars but at the moment very little works

Best Customer Service
The customer service at Nchsoftware was timely & excellent. My questions were answered concisely with step by step instructions for using WavePad to solve my rather sticky issue. They even sent a sample of one file, edited as I needed it so I could understand the process. YAY! You guys are great!

Prélèvements multiples et support incohérent
J’ai acheté le logiciel PhotoStage de NCH Software pour 25,95 €, comme l’atteste la facture reçue par mail, qui ne mentionne qu’un seul achat de 24,88 $. Le même jour, ma banque a constaté plusieurs tentatives de prélèvements supplémentaires: – 46,66 € présenté trois fois, dont un prélevé, – 25,95 € présenté deux fois, sans aucune justification. Je n’ai jamais demandé d’abonnement ni de service additionnel. Le support ne répond pas clairement, les mails sont confus, et le logiciel est inutilisable. Ma banque a dû bloquer ma carte bancaire pour éviter d’autres tentatives. Mon préjudice est d’environ 100 €. Je publie cet avis pour éviter que d’autres personnes ne se fassent avoir.

Debut Video Capture Software
I acquired Debut Video Capture Software (Pro Edition) in 2022. Due to a change of hardware, the installation of the original software on the new computer gave an issue. Having paid for the license, I contacted NCH Customer Service Team and have been provided almost immediately with instructions how to solve the issue. Now it works again like a charm. So thanks to Gigi and the entire NCH Team.
