Order update
I ordered two necklaces over a month ago. I received one, as the XL T bar was a pre order. After a little wait Joanna replied and has sent me my new tracking delivery number for this item as well as adding it to a new order I placed recently. The necklace I did receive is stunning and wears really well I haven’t taken it off. Ive showered, swam worn to the gym no tarnishing or colour change . Just lovely pieces. Thank you so much Joanna.

I am never one to write a negative…
I am never one to write a negative review but I whole heartedly regret ever buying anything from this business. I bought the t bar and wished to exchange it as I found it too bulky. I had weeks of no emails or instagram messages back and finally got a response when I put a grumpy comment on an insta post. In fairness to the business owner she did appear to attempt to email me but it didn’t go through. Looking through other reviews this is not a new problem. She finally sent a replacement without any tracking number or a refund in the difference in the cost. Such poor customer experience. The product is fine but I’ve lost all love for it after this experience and it’s pretty over priced for what it is. Never again.

Nice products BUT awful customer service
Nice products awful customer service. I returned an item and had to continually chase for a refund which as yet has still not been received. It has stopped me buying anymore items.
