Stay Clear of Ned’s Gutter Cleaning
hired Ned’s to clean my gutters. The crew cleaned two sections, but I have video showing them going up to other gutters, looking at them, and then coming back down without actually cleaning them or even running water through them. I also have another video showing them washing the outside of the gutters from the ground. To Ned’s credit, they are sending another crew out to make it right, which I appreciate. I just wanted to share my experience and say, be careful and make sure the work you’re paying for is actually being completed.

Miscommunicated and left me with no screens
The left without helping to replace the window screens that they instructed me to remove. They are easy to remove from inside the house but impossible to reinstall without someone pressing from the outside. They left without informing they had completed the job or asking if I was satisfied with the work. When I called the office I was informed that because they left there was nothing further to be done and they are not insured to put screens back. SO NOW I HAVE NO SCREENS.

Came to clean gutters now I have water…
Came to clean gutters now I have water coming into my basement bc the gutters r leaking like a water fall. Don’t hire them they are the worst I called to get prices n told them I was getting multiple bids n would get back to them, well they showed up the next day at 8 am. Unfortunately I didn’t shoo them away. So today I had someone come out to inspect the gutters n they were backed up because of a birds nest Ned Steven’s did not remove. After reviewing the videos from the security camera, Ned Stevens did not flush the downspout. Refund received 8/3/2026.

Not worth the drama for me
I was happy with the services I received on an automatic basis but for some reason one of my payments did not go through even though it is the card they always used, and they reported me to a debt collection agency. In fairness, I don't always pick up my phone so they may have contacted me trying to get paid but I'm not sure. Anyway, of couse, I paid once I found out but I am still getting letters from the debt collection agency. The first letter from the debt agency threatened a lien against my home over $149.56 To me it was not worth the hassle of doing business with Ned Stevens when you get letters like that. Also, maybe the debt collection agency is also to blame which is called American Profit Recovery. So I cancelled all my services with Ned Stevens who needs all the temptation for me to get involved with hassle and drama.
