I ordered an album expecting it to ship in a week or two not realizing it was a pre-order album because that was listed at the bottom of the item description. After waiting three weeks and getting nothing I emailed for a refund because I wanted it for an event I was going to. They couldn't even greet me in the email and sent a single sentence saying that it was a pre-order and nothing else. I asked them again for a refund and they emailed me back almost immediately saying they were processing a refund. No apologies or anything for misunderstandings... Any business worth their salt can talk to customer well enough to explain something as simple as that but these guys would rather take your money and let you wait it seems. Unfortunate, I enjoy many of the artists that they make pressings for and I will not be giving needlejuice records my money any time soon.

Lack of communication
It's been a little over 2 weeks, and I understand they were off for the holidays, but when I emailed them to ask about shipping, since I never got any communication at all, they just said it would be soon, since they were off for the holiday. After a few days I emailed again just asking if they could give me an estimated time frame and I feel their response was rude and they didnt give me any idea how long (i basically wondered from when its shipped, how long does it usually take)... I dont think I would order from them again. They started the email with "Like I said"... I wouldnt even say that to a friend, let alone a customer. This was for my 13 year old, he is the one who paid for it and he was excited for it. * I finally got my record after a month. The usps tracking had it back and forth all over the state for a week.

Ich hab mir vor mehr als einer Woche die friday night funkin' bf Vinyl Figure gekauft. Es besteht Absolut keine Möglichkeit den Status der Lieferung einzusehen! Ich bekam noch nicht Mal eine Versand Bestätigung!!! Falls sich irgendwas ergibt, werde ich die Bewertung bearbeiten Meddl off

Great producs, long waiting time
I used needlejuice a lot of times now. Their products always sound great, especially their vinyls. The only downside is the unbearable waiting time. Their website states, that international shipping takes about two weeks, when in reality, it´s closer to three to four months. Once I had to wait almost half a year to get my vinyl. When the products arrive, there is never any damage, and everything works perfectly.

I love them but communication is horrible.
I ordered two cool lemon demon CD's and a tally hall sticker from them and waited. Kept waiting. No way to check shipping or where it was. No communication from them. Sent them a friendly email to be met with silence. I'm sad now and I don't have any of the CD's or stickers I ordered. This is sad. Please help me.
