went straight to crap,NOTHING like it…
went straight to crap,NOTHING like it was,stupid kids who love it now don't understand how great it ACTUALLY WAS,they have major security risks,and then millions had their accounts hacked,I was one,had a painted pet and lots of items,all gone and they don't give a crap,they refuse to help fix the crap they did,deactivated my account,neopets is dead

They recently updated the website and now it's basically unusable. So many pages just won't load. And the website will say that that action is not doable.

Website is unusable on mobile
Website is unusable on mobile. I do not currently have a working laptop to do dailies and the huge unclosable ads on mobile make it impossible to do quest log etc.

Banned for no reason
Played for 20 years, bought neocash Then they banned me saying my account 'had a guessable password' and someone else used it (which was a lie) and they randomly accused me of 'offsite trading'

I contacted Zendesk
I contacted Zendesk, the supposedly customer service for Neopets. I want to reactivate my account. The demands they imposed are draconian. To prove the ownership if my account I had to produce credit card receipts of items I bought 10 years ago. Those receipts were long turned to dust. No other suggestions were possible and the agent unilaterally closed the ticket leaving me with a Neopets account that I can't access anymore.
