Like so many others - avoid if at all possible
Like so many others, customer service was non-existent after signing the contract. The only time we'd hear from them is each year, when they tried to get us to sign another 3 year contract. This happened every year, so they're either grossly incompetent or trying to "trick" you into constantly extending the 3 year contracts. Factoring in the "lease" and the cost of ink / supplies for the machine, we were losing money over just buying stamps. You have to jump through hoops talking to 3 different people and write a letter to cancel the contract when it's eventually over - and then they charge you $180 for "shipping charges" to send the unit back. It's a shame the USPS limits us to essentially four options, as they all seem to be shady. Quadient / Neopost is a joke, unless you are sending thousands of envelopes a month. Thankfully we never had an equipment failure - but we're going back to stamps.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They over bill me by about 200% every quarter. They said my bill would be $34.99 per month. They are billing me $60.00 per month. They are liars and thieves. I have asked them for auto pay information numerous times. They refuse to provide it to me. Then, they bill be for a $39 late charge on a $104 bill. They are also billing me for some "Mailprotect" service. This was NOT in my lease and is an extra $24.29 per quarter. DO NOT USE QUADIENT. They are a joke. They suuuuuuck.......

Simply the worst company ever
Simply the worst company ever. There is a different phone number to call for each problem. You will be on hold forever. When you finally to get through, they will tell you to call another number. Then you will be on hold forever again. If you need any service, forget about it. If you need a refund, forget about it. If you finally give up on these A-holes and want to return your machine, forget about it. They wanted us to drive up to Kent, WA to return it. We took our machine into the forest and shot the crap out of it. 1 OZ 12 GA slugs work best. This was back when they were Neopost. Did they change their name because their reputation was also shot to hell?

Hotel California. You can enter but never leave.
My wife used these guys for years. Due to health reasons had to shut down business. Neopost now Quadient could not or purposefully delayed the email for sending meter back. Then continued to charge for an account that was closed. Delayed emails and continues to charge late fees. My wife has been vigilant about documenting every contact. They promise to fix this and fix that and do not do anything. This has been going on for 8 months now. This is Hotel California, you can enter but you can never leave. Do NOT use this company!

Do not use Quadient or Neopost former…
Do not use Quadient or Neopost former name. They will scam you in signing 5 year contract. Then after 5 years. They must receive the cancel 90 days before expiration date. Phone call will not work They send you an email That you can’t reply to. They will scam you out if your $$ Every way they can . I’ve been in business 40 years. First time writing about any company. They are bs . Do not use them
