Withdrawal delayed
I have played on this site over few years, at the beginning withdrawal were processed reasonably on time as advertised, but now August 2026 I’ve played and won $600 one time and $900 a few days after. The withdrawal were first cancelled and their reasons were due to technician issues on their side. But I had to start the withdrawal process again from the start as I had to resubmit the withdrawal request. I contacted support and asked for answers and asked to be put through priority processing as it was not my fault they had encounter technical issues with my withdrawal, but they would not and I was told I just had to wait. It appears as though they like to take your money but don’t like to pay it back to you.

The worst online casino I have ever dealt with. Depositing money was easy, but as soon as I won and tried to withdraw my funds, the problems started. I was required to verify my account, which is normal. I submitted all the requested documents, but verification took 5 days and only moved forward after I repeatedly contacted support. Once verified, I tried to withdraw my winnings of $3,500. Because I had deposited using Apple Pay, there was no option to withdraw directly to my bank account. I contacted support multiple times by email and live chat and was asked to provide even more documents, including bank statements, bank card details, and Apple Pay transaction records. After another 48-hour wait, I was told everything had been approved and my account was fully verified. However, when I returned to the withdrawal page, there was still no option to withdraw to my bank account. The only available withdrawal options were cryptocurrency wallets. I attempted a crypto withdrawal, but after waiting another 48 hours it was rejected because I had not originally deposited using cryptocurrency. I then contacted support again asking how I was supposed to withdraw to my bank account when that option was not available. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and messages and have received no response. As of 03/06/2026, I still have not received my money or a clear answer. I have spent 9 days going back and forth with support with no resolution. Based on my experience, I would stay far away from this website. Other casinos such as LeonBet and VegasStars have provided a much better experience.

Terrible payouts on popular games
Terrible payouts on games that normally pay out much much better on fair websites. They offer amazing bonuses to suck you in but it’s impossible to turnover. Support is outsourced to Indians whose job is basically to be as unhelpful as possible.

Horrible, unhelpful and deceitful staff. Has plenty of my favourite games but the payout is set extremely low. There’s business model is ripping people off, not a casino

Won't let me withdraw
Have had my money stuck in here for some time. Every time i contact support they something like this ' am not responsible for handling requests of this nature. As soon as receive a response from the higher-level department regarding this matter, you will be notified via email.' Then, after 1 week i get an email saying my request has been forwarded to the higher ups, and they will be in touch with me shortly!
