Love love love the tallow balm
Love love love the tallow balm! I use the whipped cream in am and balm for pm. My only wish is that the whipped cream could have sunscreen . But highly recommend!

Ordered in beginning of April 2026 never received
Ordered in beginning of April 2026, no shipping updates. Took three different emails asking for an update before they responded it was back ordered due to an ingredient. They said another 3-4 weeks until they would ship and they would notify me on April 30th. Today I received a message indicating they canceled my order. Their customer service and shipping is horrible. Do not buy from this company

Super negative experience thus far
Super negative experience thus far! Placed a 2nd order hoping shipping would be quicker (less than 30+ day shipping time on 1st order) however, my order was placed on April 5th - shipping shows to be 5-7 days after purchase yet here we are, May 7th and shipping has not even been started! This order has STILL NOT even shipped 1 FULL MONTH after purchasing! For the 2nd time. Not to mention, the vague emails of "review our product and receive product for discounted rate" never received discount after placing original review of the product. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication regarding shipping times and the blatant misrepresentation of shipping commitment stated on website. Product is good but does you no good if you can't receive it!

Purchased April 15 2026..
Purchased April 15 2026... with On Shop Didn't receive a tracking number. On Shop was waiting for a response & wouldn't help in the matter. I called number no answer, I emailed no answer. I ordered Tallow Balm Advance w/ ceramidea & hyaluronic acid for $ 119.90 for two containers. Today is May 6,2026.
