There is no accessibility on the app
There is no accessibility on the app. Because I have low vision, the font on my phone is . The only advice your advisors have given me is to set the font at a smaller size. You do understand I can’t see my phone if the font is set, smaller, right? Some serious thought needs to go into providing accessibility to your customers. Your app is the most expensive app I have. Why do I keep struggling with it? Because it works. The hypnotherapy has worked for me and continues to work for me. I will continue to comment on this. I will continue to send your emails. It shouldn’t be a struggle using that app. By the way, it’s only recently that it has become a struggle. For years it worked for me just fine. Whatever best whistles and bells you’ve added lately have really messed it up for me. PS I feel relatively sure that I am not your only client who has vision issues. Other people have probably given up.

Simple process, effective results
It’s a very simple process that you are guided through all the way. You genuinely enter into a state of relaxation that I haven’t experienced elsewhere, and it’s consistent throughout. There are regular check ins along the way. You can see and feel the improvement in your symptoms as the weeks pass with regular practice.
