⭐ **ONE STAR
⭐ **ONE STAR — COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY.** Nestlé Waters UAE collected cash deposits from us for **two returnable 5-gallon bottles** and is now refusing to return our money because, according to customer service, the deposits are “not recorded” in their system. The first bottle came with a 10-bottle package purchased through Amazon. When the Nestlé delivery representative arrived, he demanded a separate cash deposit and clearly said it would be refunded when we returned the bottle. The second time, we requested an additional bottle during another Nestlé delivery. Once again, their representative collected cash and confirmed that it was a refundable deposit. Now we have **two genuine Nestlé returnable bottles**, but Nestlé claims there is no deposit registered under either customer account. This excuse is ridiculous. **Nestlé does not give these bottles to customers for free.** Their own published terms state that a refundable deposit is charged for every returnable 5-gallon bottle. So where did the cash collected by their delivery representatives go? We contacted customer service and sent detailed complaint emails to multiple Nestlé addresses. **Nobody replied, nobody investigated, and nobody returned our money.** They simply ignored the complaint. This is disgraceful customer service and completely unacceptable conduct from a company of this size. Collecting cash from customers and later claiming there is no record of it is an extremely serious failure. Whether the problem is with their delivery staff or their internal accounting system, **the customer should not be forced to pay for Nestlé’s failure to record its own transactions.** Until Nestlé collects both bottles and refunds both deposits, I strongly recommend that customers **avoid this company and never pay its delivery representatives in cash without demanding an official receipt.** This entire experience feels deeply dishonest and has completely destroyed our trust in Nestlé Waters UAE.

No longer taste like chocolate
We were given a box of Dairy Box chocolates which we hadn’t had in years and were really looking forward to them as we both used to love them. What a huge disappointment! They no longer taste like chocolate at all, just globs of blandness! They used to be delicious, tasty chocolates, what have you done to them?
