I first spoke to a lady who was less…
I first spoke to a lady who was less than kind and was put on hold. I called back and got a person by the name of Earl. He was patient and understanding. We spent over an hour working on several issues with webmail and outlook. He helped me set up email on my cell as well. I am 80 and having problems with a relative in the hospital and need to get my sent emails. Earl was very understanding and patient. His knowledge and understanding are excellent. I am very grateful with his help. He should be commended and be a role model to others for Network Solutions.

I contacted Network Solution in the spring of 2026 about the high fees we are paying. I was told that nothing can be done and that I should call when the renewal is up. I did so today, only to find pout that the full amount has already been charged to my credit card. When I called Network Solutions it took around 30 min to talk to someone with the authorit to make changes. The person I dealt with was professional and offered me a reduction in proce, albeit not what I had hoped for. I appreciate that she reversed today's auto-renewal payment. The whole process took more than an hour though.
