⭐ 1 STAR — VERY DISAPPOINTED I previously gave Newtiful Eye Pods a 5-star review because I was initially pleased with the customer service and hopeful about the product. Unfortunately, I am now changing my rating to 1 star. After my original Eye Pods stopped working properly, Newtiful sent me a replacement. However, from the very first time I plugged in the replacement, one of the pods would not charge or work. I reached out to Newtiful twice to let them know that the replacement was also defective and to request assistance. Both times — nothing. No response, no follow-up, nothing. At this point, I have received two defective sets of Eye Pods, and now the company that previously communicated with me is no longer responding. That is extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, the entire experience is beginning to feel like a scam. I really wanted these Eye Pods to work and would have been happy to leave my original 5-star rating in place. Unfortunately, a product is only as good as the company standing behind it when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend Newtiful Eye Pods.

This crap does not work
This crap does not work. And I used the word crap. It is another gimmick for you to spend money. I bought it 7 months ago and no change. I suggest you save your money and get a surgery. At least that is guaranteed but will be costly.

I had an issue with one of my Newiful…
I had an issue with one of my Newiful EyePods that apparently decided it was done working and absolutely refused to charge no matter how long I left that little thing plugged in. 😂 Needless to say, I was frustrated, especially because I really enjoy using my EyePods. Thankfully, Esther from the Newiful support team was wonderful to work with. She was kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After trying the troubleshooting steps and sending videos showing what the EyePod was doing—or, should I say, NOT doing 😂—Esther made arrangements to have a replacement sent to me. I always say things can go wrong with just about any product, but what really matters is how a company treats you when something DOES go wrong. Newiful stood behind their product and made sure a replacement was issued, and that means a lot to me as a customer. Thank you, Esther and the Newiful team, for the excellent customer service, patience, and follow-through. I truly appreciate it and look forward to getting back to enjoying BOTH of my EyePods this time! 😂🥰

Incredible customer service
One of, if not the best, post sale customer service experiences ever. Esther responded with a more-than-adequate response to my initial concern. To others - no worries that Newtiful believes in and backs the products they sell.
