Great Customer Service “ Urtopia Team”
Very helpful, easy to reach and quick response from Urtopia Trust Pilot. I reached out to them about my problem with the helmet’s visor which had a small blemish and I was inquiring to see if I could purchase a new visor. They listened to my concern and were so nice enough and very quickly solved my dilemma. I wasn’t expecting that very fast response and very grateful to the Trust Pilot team. On top of having a great Urtopia Carbon Classic e-bikes which is the lightest ebike of them all, is a great team that supports and guarantees their product. I recommend this to all people who’s looking for a great experience on purchasing an e-bike backed by a great customer service.

Great product
Great product! Carbon One Pro, have logged close to 3000 miles since purchasing. Bike allows me the ability to get out for long rides with the ability to use the electric function when needed but doesn’t allow me to cheat and not peddle. Smarthub tracks speed, peddling effort distance and has many other features. When any issues have surfaced the Urtopia support staff has been there to assist and correct issues. Great all around bike with great support when needed.

I have two Joys
I have two Joys. The wife and I love them. Had a little issue with the kickstand and customer service was there to help. Sending a new kickstand out at no charge. I’m more than impressed! Thanks Urtopia!

I love my Urtopia Carbon Classic
I love my Urtopia Carbon Classic! I have had 8 ebikes prior to this one, and it is the lightest and most responsive I've owned. I recently had to contact customer service for a new charger and they got back to me right away and sent one out!
