The return policy seems good until you…
The return policy seems good until you need to go through the actual process, so make sure you are fully committed to product before purchasing. My product was unopened which appears to be no issue at all to send it back as it says there is only a restocking fee on opened products, however seeing that your you will be responsible for shipping prices back, after getting a quote to ship it back it would cost me roughly the same price to just keep the product and keep in mind that is an UNOPENED product not subject to restocking fees. I can only imagine returning an opened product subject to restock fees, it appears it will actually cost you more to send it back than to just keep it. Disappointing to say the least.

Really bad service from next level…
Really bad service from next level racing. Product I bought from them is in warranty period. They admit that it’s an issue with the product. I have been back and forth communication with the support and it’s been 3 weeks now. It has not resolved yet. Would not be buying anything from them again.

A huge upgrade to my sim racing setup
A huge upgrade to my sim racing setup – F-GT Pro I recently upgraded my sim racing setup to the Next Level Racing F-GT Pro, and after getting some proper time in the rig, I’ve been seriously impressed. Coming from a much more compact folding-style cockpit, the difference in stability and overall driving experience was immediately noticeable. The F-GT Pro feels incredibly solid, particularly under braking, and having everything properly mounted has made the whole setup feel much more immersive. I primarily race F1 and prefer a Formula-style seating position, and I’ve been able to get the driving position exactly where I want it. It took a little bit of time to adjust to the new pedal position, but after a few laps it felt completely natural. It will also give me the option of a GT racing position and well for different disciplines which I will be looking to move into! I’m also using the direct monitor mount with a 49” Samsung Odyssey OLED G9, and the combination of the ultrawide sitting directly in front of me and the stability of the cockpit has completely transformed my sim racing and streaming setup. There’s plenty of adjustability, the construction feels extremely sturdy, and despite being a serious piece of sim racing equipment, I really like the tubular design compared with some of the more industrial-looking profile rigs and it gives me a bit more room in my sim room too! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade. It feels like I’ve gone from having a wheel and pedals mounted to something I race, to having a proper dedicated sim racing cockpit. I’ll also be sharing more of my experience with the F-GT Pro as part of my sim racing content. I needed to email the team about the upgrade in advance and they were extremely friendly and helpful in my choice of rig, so plus points for the NLR team for responding to my queries! Great rig
Great rig. I got the formula lite pro and the install took me some time to figure out but once I got it setup it’s been amaaaazing. They also gave me loads of extra tools and screws in case I needed them. it’s so nice to have. 10/10 job I will be buying another cockpit when I get the money!
