NHV RESP-AID CAUSED VOMITING AND DIARRHEA

I bought the NHV Resp-Aid and I have four rescue cats varying in ages. Two of these cats THREW UP within 1 hour of taking this product; and the other two had DARK RUNNY DIARRHEA. I contacted NHV and asked to return the bottle for a REFUND as I paid over $70 for this product and I am a 70 year old female living on my own.. They sent a LENGTHY LENGTHY type "form-letter" basically asking if I was giving the right dose, refrigerating it, etc. etc. I actually gave HALF the dose to check out the product initially to see if they would have any reactions and tried multiple days to see if it was something their system would get used to. Their response in the form-type message was a insult to my intelligence and bottom line was THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND SINCE THE PRODUCT WAS USED. Uh - what a SCAM!!!!! Buy the product, it makes your cats SICK, they REFUSE to refund the $$$ (even though I offered to send the unused portion back so they would see I was legitimate)... This is a disgrace and a rip-off; and moreover my CATS HAD TO SUFFER VOMITING AND DIARRHEA. The company acted like their product was SO GOOD and responded as if my experience was a "fluke". However, I see online there are many others who experienced the same issues with their products. So BEWARE!!!!! NOW, as you can see BELOW, the company is calling me a LIAR!!!! WHY would a 70 year old lady (who has DCIS - early stage breast cancer by the way), make this up for heaven's sake... All I wanted was a REFUND since this made all 4 of my cats SICK with either diarrhea or vomiting... and I was WILLING to return the UNUSED PORTION. What a low blow to call a 70 year old lady with breast cancer a LIAR!

Please don't buy these products…

Please don't buy these products especially from the UK. You pay so much for the delivery fees and it's non refundable. Please buy some other milk thistle products from reputable UK brands- always consult with your VET as they will advise you better.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered liquid tumeric and it never came. The tracking for USPS shows it never left the facility in Utah after 17 days so I called and asked for a refund. They refused!!! I am shocked, but based on reviews understand why it never came to me and was not meant to be given to my sweet cat. I cannot recommend this company not standing behind its service or product delivery. Truly Un-American.

I purchased three products from this…

I purchased three products from this company, trusting the reviews were accurate. The first product I gave my cat was maris to help him go. This product made him choke and his behavior was extremely weird . I thought it's was just the taste of the herbs so I shrugged it off . Well 5 hours later, I gave him the joint supplement, old timer, we did not even give the full recommended daily serving . We only gave him a quarter of the amount . Immediately he started foaming at the mouth and his behavior was extremely strange . We took him to the vet and they stated the products were not safe I contacted the company the next morning and her response was, that's a normal reaction to foam at the mouth. Huh? Do not buy for this company, their products are unsafe and the customer service is worse Yes, nice of them to reply but, how do you explain, a actually foaming of the mouth like he had rabies and dilated eyes and a rapid heartbeat . If your so confident with your product why do you not offer a 100 percent money back guarantee, like any reputable pet dealer would offer . I still am pursuing your products as unsafe . Thank you Also, did you like at all your reviews that are hurting animals .

We are VERY disappointed with this…

We are VERY disappointed with this company. Their website has glowing reviews so we purchased over $100 worth of products for a cat and a dog in our household. BOTH products had ZERO results. Every time I would contact them they would just tell me to wait longer and at one point, to double the dose. After a month I called the manager (I had to call many times to get her), Barbara, and she simply told me that their products are like dispensing medicine and sometimes they don't work. No refund. No store credit. That's if you can get them to call you back. I would stay away from this website! 12/1/2025 follow up... I left a review on their website, explaining that the product, Maris, did not work and they removed it!
