I found that Nibble gave acurate information about the way the mummification was done, and the building of the pyramids. But the actual evolution of the history of Egypt was not explained. Is this an app that was built for children?

Great app for learning!
Great app. When I cam to cancel my subscription due to time commitments, I reached out to support for help. Diana in the support team was extremely helpful and professional and sorted my issue incredibly quickly. Very often it is the support you receive that elevates a good company!

Solo entre por curiosidad, hice un test por el cual me cobraron 0,90 por darme la respuesta y cuando fui a mi correo a ver la respuesta lo que me llegó fué una suscripción de casi 50 euros mensuales. Es una oferta engañosa! Leí los comentarios acá y al parecer no soy la unica que cayó en sus suscripciones por medio extraños. Si todos denunciamos con recibo del cobro podemos evitar que sigan engañando a otras personas. Gracias

Entrei no período de teste gratuito para conhecer o aplicativo. Não entrei no aplicativo com a intenção de contratar uma assinatura anual e não realizei uma contratação consciente desse plano. Mesmo assim, fui cobrado em R$ 299,90 por uma assinatura anual. Assim que identifiquei a cobrança, tentei cancelar e solicitei o reembolso, mas até agora não consegui recuperar o meu dinheiro. Ao pesquisar sobre o aplicativo, encontrei diversos relatos de outros usuários que passaram por situações semelhantes, relatando cobranças e, principalmente, dificuldades para conseguir o cancelamento e o reembolso. A quantidade de relatos semelhantes é muito preocupante e indica que essa situação precisa ser revista e investigada. Não considero razoável que consumidores sejam cobrados por uma assinatura anual e, mesmo tentando solucionar o problema imediatamente, tenham tanta dificuldade para recuperar o valor. Peço que essa situação seja revista e que meu caso também seja solucionado. Minha experiência foi extremamente negativa e recomendo que outros consumidores tenham muito cuidado antes de utilizar o aplicativo.
