Avoid purchasing
Label maker stopped charging after 2 years. It's a known issue, and the website invites you to contact them. Then no reply whatsoever from support. Do not purchase unless you want a brick after 2 years.

Maybe They see a review and reply
Maybe They see a review and reply, because i wrote to Contact Support about 2-3 times to their e-mail. 0 answers. I ordered Labels for my Niimbot b4, payed, and no information from their side. No emails, no receipt. totally nothing. Right now ould be approx. 2 weeks. I know it's not much, but c'mon. If You go on vacation or other sht, u write down that on webpage. They took money, but TOTAL ZERO information. Very dissapointed!!!!

Carrier failed, no respond to any communication
We have ordered a nice bundle of products at Niimbotlabel.com and unfortunately the carrier in The Netherlands tried to deliver the order after business hours to our office. Sad, because soon after we were closed for one week due to a short break for 7 days. The carrier reported that in their system, but could not be reached and did not bring it to any parcelshop to pick it up, but just send it back to the original warehouse. Since then, we tried e-mail, contact form and facebook. But no reply at all allthough we have mentioned our ordernumber in all of the communications. I am happy to reconsider this review if someone is responding. Seems to me that this can be solved with another attempt of delivery or refund.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
We ordered our label makers from Amazon and initially loved them so much we purchased a second one. We purchased the VIP membership to have access to more fonts. They charged our card on April 16th, but did not give us access to the VIP fonts as promised. When we try to call them, the phone number is unrecognized and "cannot be completed as dialed," and their own website says they are online from 9-6 Central Time, but they are not. We tried to email them, and they said they will return communication in 24 hours. They don't. If you try the chat feature and wait, the chat disappears. You literally cannot get a hold of a human when you need to discuss them taking your money, being unhelpful, or having issues with their product. This is horrible business! They need to have a way people can reach them if they take money from them! When you have the app on one phone and then get a new phone and wipe the old phone, you should be able to log in and have access to all your VIP items just by logging in. The app does not recognize when you logged out of one phone and into another, so you also have software issues going, and yet, no one to help you with their product. We will be looking for another label maker and a company that has reviews for good customer service.
