The Service shop Manager Paul Tolbert from McDonough Nissan is a liability Nissan's great name! Today I made an appointment for service and one hour later after dropping my car off, my vehicle was still sitting outside. I spoke with the shop manager Paul, and he made up all sorts of lies and even accused me of not trusting his mechanics and said I need a second opinion... What kind of shop manager would send away a waiting customer instead of reassigning it to another mechanic! The Service Manager Adam refused to my calls afterwards. This is extremely poor business and gives a bad name for McDonough Nissan Service department.

I never imagined I would be writing a review like this because I truly loved my Nissan when I purchased it. Unfortunately, my experience with Nissan Customer Relations has been one of the biggest disappointments I've ever had with a major manufacturer. I reported multiple serious concerns involving my vehicle, including water intrusion into the interior, water in the overhead lights and sun visors, an electrical buzzing noise after the vehicle is turned off, the electronic shifter failing to go into Neutral and leaving me stuck inside a car wash, the automatic vehicle hold feature malfunctioning, and the electronic parking brake engaging unexpectedly on level ground. These are not minor inconveniences, they are issues that have caused me to completely lose confidence in the safety and reliability of my vehicle. I contacted Nissan because I believed the manufacturer would take these concerns seriously. Instead, my buyback request was denied in less than 24 hours. After reporting multiple safety-related concerns one day, I received a call the very next day informing me that my request had already been denied. It is difficult to understand how concerns of this magnitude could have been thoroughly reviewed in such a short amount of time. What disappointed me the most was not just the decision itself, but the feeling that my concerns were dismissed. I was simply told to take the vehicle for a diagnostic check. At this point, a diagnostic check does not address the issue. The issue is that I no longer feel safe driving a vehicle that has experienced repeated electrical and system-related problems. As consumers, we purchase vehicles with the expectation that manufacturers will stand behind their products when significant concerns arise. Instead, I have been left making payments on a vehicle that I no longer trust while carrying the emotional stress and financial burden that comes with that reality. This experience has completely changed my perception of Nissan. I hope no other customer has to fight this hard just to have legitimate safety concerns taken seriously. I sincerely hope Nissan's executive leadership will reconsider how cases like mine are handled, because customers deserve more than a one-day decision when their safety is on the line

Seguimos igual. Nissan no contesta y el concesionario Safamotor tampoco.

We visited the Nissan garage in Plymouth, looking for a motorbility car. We were looking for a car that would accommodate Mum's wheelchair and was accessible for Mum to get in and out of, having MS mum has limited leg movement. We were so lucky with the young Lady that went above and beyond to help us. Every detail about the car was explained to us, nothing too much trouble. We had a bad experience with another well known company, so this was amazing. We bought the Quashqui, best car I have ever driven.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
