I ordered two watches recently
I ordered two watches recently: the time teller and Staple, and I absolutely love them. The last one I saw it on the Apex film worn by Cherlize Theron and I wanted it. The quality is as good as expected from Nixon, it feels sturdy, firm and well made. The buttons are fully functional and respond nicely. The customer service is excellent, Tina helped out me with some stickers and rapid response. She’s the best

I’ve been a Nixon fan for years but…
I’ve been a Nixon fan for years but quality is garbage now. Bought a custom watch for my wife with engraving on it for our 10 year anniversary and when it arrived the second hand was off and floating around. Sent it back which was great and they sent a new one and she wears it once and the number 4 falls off and I reach back out right away and they require I pay for the repair. This was a very meaningful gift. Quality is not what it used to be and won’t ever buy a Nixon again.

Very good solid watch,but the numinol is very poor on the markers and you can barely see the date.

Great watches lovely choice and range and always receive excellent customer service . I emailed that a had a problem with my order and received an instant reply email confirming Nixon would be in touch . I received a really lovely email the next day - special mention to Tina - who sorted everything out . FAB

Happy Nixon Customer
I would like to extend my gratitude to customer fulfillment team for there attention to my recent orders. I happened to be the weakest link during my recent Nixon purchase this month. To explain, I ordered a timepiece with a wrong color to begin and I made another purchase using my old address. This was frustrating on my side as I could not get it straight and my other half voiced her opinion on this. I reached out to Nixon Fulfillment four times via email and they were quite timely in there response with solutions to my error. Both Lissa and Ashley were very empathetic during this time and we have all issues resolved. I am merely extending gratitude for you and your team. I have been shopping Nixon for well over 14 years and they never disappoint 😊
