Pas très commerçant
Vêtements de qualité, MAIS délais d’envoi très très long alors que j’ai payé en livraison express. Commercialement ils proposent des réductions pour la prochaine commande mais les bons de réductions ne fonctionnent pas. Ils ne répondent pas à mes sollicitations par mail pour un remboursement de mes frais de livraison engagés ni sur les codes de réductions qui ne fonctionnent pas. BREF PAS TRÈS COMMERÇANT !

Poor quality, No returns and terrible experience
I ordered some trousers from the website which took over 2 weeks to arrive despite paying for 5 day delivery, the quality was very poor and the fit was wrong despite the £50 price tag, I then contacted customer services but they were unable to provide a return label and simply offered to send a different size which was unhelpful. Overall the experience was poor

ABSOLUTELY horrible
ABSOLUTELY horrible. This company will ship your order 1 entire week late and the product is like a plastic sheet. The swimming shorts are just plastic slop and fell like someone would seee through them because it’s so low quality. I also unfortunately bought tow T-shirts and the graphic/ design is so low quality and feels like it would disappear in the wash. Is also fists so uncomfortable I’m 183 and weigh 70 and the long sleeves sleeves beryl reached my elbow and the normal t fits like a box please don’t buy from these clowns

Update: Jacob from customer service sent an email, but I still haven't received my money back and nothing happened to solve it!!! The response below adds nothing. As long as you don't refund my money, my review will certainly remain posted. SOLVE IT!! I’m trying to contact the costumer service because I want to cancel my order but there is no answer. So again: I WANT MY MONEY BACK, details in my e-mail. The products are coming from China, it’s fake, no real quality clothing. Do not buy from them!!! No contact details on the website, don’t trust them.
