I needed a rental car for a few days…
I needed a rental car for a few days while mine was getting some work done. Easily hired a Hyundai SUV from the depot in Kewdale, WA. I returned it with the fuel tank topped up, handed back the keys and that was that. I returned the car clean and no damage, no hidden charges resulted and my security deposit got paid back into my account.

Be careful and take photos of everything if you hire
I am disappointed to be submitting a negative review of this company as we chose due to the amount of positive online. On arriving at Kewdale for car pickup(31/7) we were served by a woman who was clearly having a difficult day or does not like her job. Not helpful at all, basically we were told "your car is over by the wall" with a vague indication. Car was not what we had requested. Returned car 5/8 with a full tank of petrol. We re-filled as Reddy express which is according to google maps 800m away. problem starts here, initially No Birds said petrol tank was empty and took AUD102 from the $300 deposit, we queried this and they then advised car was half full! not sure how they firstly say empty then suddenly half a tank. We filled the car to the maximum petrol pump and car would allow. Thirty eight litres. We believe that No Birds checked the wrong vehicle and will not accept responsibility. It is a lesson to all, we photographed car on leaving and returning but did not take photo of petrol display and k's used. We will in future and suggest any one hiring do the same. They have not responded to last 2 emails. We will not be using their services again and suggest everyone be vigilant when hiring. Reservation No: 9B5N8J
