I had an issue with my SSL certificate request, and the No-IP Support team helped resolve it very quickly. Their response was prompt, clear, and professional. The support team understood the issue and corrected it efficiently. I really appreciate the fast assistance and excellent customer service.

Great Customer Service
Aden answered the phone within 3 rings and helped me get back into my account and helped me with another tech issue not even associated with noip. For that i am thankful because its hard to find customer service like this nowadays or sometimes its hard to get ahold of anyone in tech support for most companies but not with noip.

Reneged On Lifetime Subscription
I paid for a lifetime subscription many, many years ago. They are now reneging on that lifetime agreement. They claim their service has so many extra features now, that they feel they can justify an annual charge of $14.99. Tell you what, give me the service I paid for 15 years ago - I don't want your extra features. This is clearly a money-grab by a failing company. Awful way to treat customers, and certainly not to be trusted.
