❤️ My favorite monthly subscription! ❤️
I absolutely love getting my monthly box. The products are wonderful, the service is fast, and customer service has been responsible and helpful on the very few times I've had to contact them. You also get great rewards that even add up to discounts on your monthly boxes. This month's products were fantastic as always, my favorite was the dark brown eyeliner and the vitamin C sheet mask. I highly recommend NMNL ❤️!

The box content was not as expected
The box content was fine. However the eyebrow pencil was pink brown so it does not fit to my natural brow colour. I am thinking about canceling. In the first box the eyeshadow arrived damaged.I let nmnl know however nothing happend although they told me they would come back to me. They didn‘t do it. … and I wrote you back but you did not come up with any solution. I was asked the package number which I had not had anymore. Best regards.

Amazing products
It takes a long time to receive your package, but the wait is worth it. The selection of products is truly excellent, and they go together wonderfully. I really like the box and will be renewing my subscription.
