NoOnes is withholding $519.76 on Virtual Card 4782 despite proof
SCAM ALERT / WITHHOLDING USER FUNDS: NoOnes support told me that my Google Ads refund was not processed or that cards were canceled. However, my account dashboard explicitly shows $519.76 USD sitting directly inside my Virtual Card (**** 4782), refunded from Google Ads (Ref ID: P1ISxEd7). Because of NoOnes' system restrictions and card options being frozen, I am unable to withdraw or move this $519.76 to my main wallet balance (0.04 USD). Support has closed my tickets without resolving this manual ledger transfer. I demand senior management or the finance team manually credit the $519.76 from Card 4782 to my main wallet immediately. This website is a scam. This website isn't just a scam, it also protects scammers. My own experience was basically that I wanted to sell a Steam $10 gift card, and I asked Gemini how I'd go on about doing that since I'm not really an expert, and he told me to use NoOnes SnapX feature. I didn't understand what that meant so I hastily went to P2P instead. Although, I found an apparently well reviewed seller by the name of “TradeManager” who'd give me around $7 USD for the gift card, which seemed good enough. I send the gift card, lo and behold he speaks about some “The code is invalid” *and* “The amount is wrong.” which is a contradiction in and of itself. How did you see the amount if the code is invalid? It is obviously just a scammer. So I open a dispute, and after around 4 days of just waiting for a 400 user queue, I get my dispute rejected somehow. All I had for evidence was my receipt for buying the gift card from Eldorado (and a 99% well reviewed user) as well as the prior chat logs. I figured that'd be enough because the “video evidence” that the mod team is so obsessed with is practically useless; I could just easily redeem the gift card on another device, or send an invalid one, or use inspect element to game the receipt on Eldorado, whatever, there's a million ways to do it, but I didn't. I just bought a card to sell, to get my damn money because Eldorado has really bad withdraw options and I just needed to withdraw my money, this was my best and only option. Well, never again I suppose.
