Really bad service and it doesnt work
Really bad service and it doesnt even work. For a while ago i wrote a complaint to the noping email, and it took 5-6 months to write me back, they replied by and asking if i wanted a free trial beta version for 30days so i clicked on the link and went to discord and did everything they said then i would get it and it as gone several days without them responding back.

Confusing Billing and Disappointing Support
I subscribed to NoPing to test it with League of Legends, but unfortunately it did not improve my connection. My ping was actually slightly higher than without using the service. On the same day I purchased the subscription, I contacted support by email requesting both a cancellation and a refund because the service did not meet my expectations. A few days later, I noticed another charge attempt on my account. When I contacted support, I was told that my account had two active subscriptions and that the charge was related to a monthly renewal. They also informed me that they had replied to my original email, but I never received that response. While they explained why my refund did not qualify under their policy, my main concern was never properly addressed: if I had already contacted support on the same day asking to cancel my subscription, why was another charge attempted a few days later instead of ensuring that no further billing would occur? The support agent was polite throughout the conversation, but I was left without a clear explanation of what happened with my account or why the additional charge attempt occurred after I had already requested cancellation. Unfortunately, between the service not improving my ping and the confusing billing experience, I cannot recommend NoPing based on my experience.

Didn't give me a right to cancel subcription and ignored my tickets about that
Didn't give me a right to cancel subscription. Support service ignores every ticket and cancel without explanation nor reply from human. I didn't even ask for a refund, just wanted to cancel my subscription, so I can choose myself whenever I want to pay for service. Exitlag is better, that's for sure.

Not worth buying
Not worth buying. It is use less. I used it for rust. Most of the servers get stuck on client ready. Also It reduces your 10-20 fps. The app is so unoptimised. I contaced them for support via discord they just wasted my time for 2 months and then just kicked me out as they were not able to provide me any solution. I also contated them via email but nothing there as well.

Awful customer service and software and servers
I have used exitlag for a year and i recently bought noping after trying 3 days trial . i saw pretty much same ping in no ping as exitlag for deadlock playing in frankfurt server from nairobi ( africa ) . so the massive difference is noping is very cheap compared to exitlag but its also unreliable. the software is awful . but the most frustrating part is when i play deadlock and if game connects to madrid server and exitlag auto connected to frankfurt server i will have 30 ms more than if i was connected to madrid in noping . so it doesnt auto switch automatically to most optimal server you have to see which country server game puts you and change the server to that country server in noping and that happens while you are in game . and you get disconnected from that change and messing you up in game . also when their servers are trash like today they have 50 ms more than they used to have in eu from africa . and the customer care deny to escalate the issue . they say " we cant escalate it if we dont know whats wrong " . well then find out why ping is high . its your company and your software and your servers. i have dropped this review after 3 months of usage. also, you have to cancel their subscription in advance otherwise they will charge you and wont return money . If i could i would rather have my money back than paying 18 euros for 10 ms reduction . The worst part of it is their team . everyone is just ignores you . basically you pay and if there is any probelm and that your trust me therte will be in a year . they say its your internet or your pc . they ask me to uninstall other softwares and take remote access to my pc and then ignore it
